Are you having trouble sleeping? Feel like you’re all alone in this? Insomnia is far too common of a symptom. And it’s tough trying to talk to about insomnia with people who sleep restfully. Who would understand what you’re going through? How about other people with insomnia.
STS offers the NOD Support Group as a drop-in Zoom meeting from 12AM (midnight) to 2AM Mountain Time for peers to chat with each other in the early hours.
